SMEG D & G KETTLE

I paid over €500 for a SMEG D&G kettle for a special birthday. At this stage, the lid does not close, on/off button broken and now it wont even boil !!! Despite numerous requests, I am no further on with my complaint. Dont bother buying a SMEG D&G KETTLE Not worth the money compounded by atrocious customer service by both Companies. Please SMEG OR D & G respond. !!!!!!

I bought a shoes for my son last Christmas from NM .It has lots of jewelry on the shoes and writing pretty cool looking shoes . He love the shoes and he adores it so he only wears it for special occasions. But one day he noticed one of logo has fell off and gone in the backside . He called to see if he could get repaired or something but they said NO THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ! What ? A pair shoes over $1000 and can do do nothing ? I also have a pair not comfortable at all but I kept it because looks good on it . However don’t like customer At all . it’s not right they can replace something fell off .

The price is justified

Still these products aren't for a middle-class but I've made the dream of my girlfriend come true recently by buying products from this brand! Sometimes high price doesn't mean quality, but when it comes to D&G, then everything falls into the place. My girlfriend is super delighted by the new bag I've presented to her and it's really made out of high-quality materials.

I ordered jewellery which arrived with…

I ordered jewellery which arrived with multiple defects and contacted the customer service team, provided images, confirmed it was faulty, and still waiting on a resolution after 5 weeks. Probably one of the most unresponsive CS teams I have dealt with and there is still not a resolution.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE and if you want a product go into the store and check it vigorously.

Dolce & Gabanna would be disgusted with the level of attentiveness and lack of care provided by this sham and fraudulent, lazy, incompetent service provider!

Customer service!

It’s hardly surprising that DOLCE & GABBANA are raking very low on peoples expectations when talking about redefining staff, managers and customer service or customer case team roles they seem to many cowboys running headless in each direction. After 2weeks being past down the list for a simple repair on a missing part they can make your life miserable. Should I really be bothering the CEO? . So I ask myself what is team work, is it still a one man band, come on DG get it together if anyone can you can.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AND DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS from this so called designer brand. EXTREMELY POOR customer service from a so called luxurious brand who abuse their customers and disregard their own policies. finally refunded by D&G

After 4-5 weeks of constant communication with the online customer service i finally got refunded by them. There are still some items i would order online but i am afraid to go through the same bs that i would never wish anyone who want to order online from D&G. let alone threatening them. Hopefully travel restrictions will be lifted soon and i can travel to buy in their boutiques in Europe instead of choosing the online store. in the end i really don’t understand how such a prestigious brand can act like that when it comes to refunding customers or treating them the right way. All these bad comments here reflect something that should be the wake-up call for them. D&G get better before you completely ruin your own reputation.

I agree with what everyone is saying a so called premium brand with the worst customer service. They sold a faulty item inside a jacket stitching had come off and they say cannot accept a return what a joke. Even a primark would take a faulty item back. ordering online is a joke!

29.12.2022. My experience ordering a pair of sneakers. Customer care and online store are not connected. the customer care staff have no idea at all about the status of the oder, can not modify or cancel it and the displayed delivery date is completely out of synch with the actual warehouse process. Express orders come with UPS Express and not DHL Express.

Uncomfortable boots

I bought a pair of boots for just under a grand, they’re the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn! They cut into my legs and have left me with open sores. I only wore them for a matter of hours. I contacted customer services to make a complaint and they told me rubber was uncomfortable and to take them to a craftsman to unseam them! Worst experience ever, do not recommend buying from them at all!

Edit* since this review I have had a return and refund approved. It took me a month but I did eventually get there.

Bad quality Sicily bag!!

I really like the Sicily bag from dolce and gabbana - but the quality is just terrible. I went to the store to buy one and I decided not to!! Bad sticking also the shape/ one side different than another…. Just bad made!! Lack of care! It’s such expensive item - attention to detail is everything!! :( The Sicily bag looks very cheap made!!

Please don’t ever buy anything from this company. I ordered two handbags, they never arrived and shipment company said I refused delivery which was totally untrue. Goods returned to D&G and after 3 months, I got a refund, less almost $500 for shipping costs. Such a fraudulent company with a disgusting attitude.

The poor shoes quality ever

The poor shoes quality ever. After one wear I saw the cheap material from white going yellow and rough fabric hurting your feet. The size .. too smal and faulty it says 38 but on the insole you could see is 36. Dolce and Gabbana didn’t take any responsibility of it. My partner by a trainers pretends to be a leather but not again. The graphics start peak off after two times of wear. Absolutely ridiculous for the price.. the brand. We never ever buy from Dolce and Gabbana.
